1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using FrictionKiller ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

FrictionKiller is operated as a sole proprietorship. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and FrictionKiller.

2. Description of Service

FrictionKiller is a SaaS application that helps product teams analyze app store reviews using AI to identify friction points and actionable insights. The Service includes:

• Importing reviews from Apple App Store and Google Play
• AI-powered analysis and clustering of reviews using GPT-4o
• Friction scoring and prioritization with transparent formulas
• Export functionality (CSV for paid tiers)
• Slack notifications and integrations (Team tier and above)
• Automatic review syncing (Team tier and above)

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account using Google OAuth. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Subscription Plans & Payments

Pricing

FrictionKiller offers multiple subscription tiers: Free, Indie ($29/mo), Team ($99/mo), and Enterprise (custom pricing). Each tier includes different features and usage limits. Current pricing is available on our pricing page and may be updated from time to time.

Free Trial

Paid plans (Indie and Team) include a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged until the trial period ends. You may cancel at any time during the trial without being charged.

Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. Your first charge will occur at the end of your free trial period.

Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers. If you're not satisfied within the first 14 days of your initial subscription, contact us for a full refund. After 14 days, refunds are provided at our discretion.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard. Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for early cancellation.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Scrape or harvest data from the Service in bulk
• Use automated tools to access the Service beyond normal use
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Upload malicious code or content
• Resell or redistribute the Service without permission

6. Intellectual Property

Our Content

The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by FrictionKiller and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.

Your Content

You retain ownership of any reviews or data you upload. By using the Service, you grant us a license to process your content solely to provide the Service. We will not sell or share your content with third parties except as necessary to operate the Service.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
• Accuracy or completeness of AI-generated analysis
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation

AI analysis is provided as a tool to assist your decision-making and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for business decisions.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FRICTIONKILLER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill
• Any damages arising from your use or inability to use the Service

Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FrictionKiller from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, including for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Non-payment of subscription fees
• Conduct that we determine is harmful to the Service or other users

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Data deletion will occur according to our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
